Enter your amateur radio callsign to get the APRS-IS passcode. Software like APRSdroid, Direwolf, YAAC and Xastir asks for it when you log in to an APRS-IS server.
The passcode is not a password. It is a 15-bit checksum anyone can compute from a callsign — it proves you read the formula, not that you own the licence. APRS World computes it in your browser: no callsign is sent to a server or logged.
The SSID is ignored, so a callsign and all of its SSIDs share one passcode.
